This was the second time we enlisted John as our real estate agent to sell an apartment on our behalf. Prior to going to market John was keenly involved and provided us with good advice on what property improvements / renovations would help us achieve a better result. This trait does set John apart from most agents. Throughout the marketing process John kept us fully appraised and provided us with updates after each open for inspection e.g. number of enquiries / contracts that went out or how many groups attended the open for inspections. Our property in Stanmore was outside of John’s current however he quickly got up to speed on the local market and was able to value our property well. John has extensive knowledge of the industry and markets.
